At Us Or Nothing, we do our best to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Processing & Fulfillment Time

  • Orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Some items may take longer due to demand or supply chain delays.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method:

Express Shipping 1-3 business days
  • Delivery times do not include processing time.
  • We do not guarantee delivery dates due to potential carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping may be available on certain promotions.
  • We do not cover duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders (if applicable in the future).

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier. However, if an issue arises:

  • If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive your package, check with your local carrier first.
  • If your package is damaged, contact us at info@usornothing.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
  • We recommend Route Package Protection (or another shipping insurance option if you add one in the future).

5. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or undeliverable status, we may charge a reshipping fee.

6. Pre-Orders & Backorders

If you purchase a pre-order or backordered item, shipping times may vary. You will be notified if your order is delayed.
