We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet these conditions:
- It must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
To start a return, contact us at info@usornothing.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions, including a return shipping label if applicable. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at info@usornothing.com immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products

Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, the fastest way to get what you need is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
